Negometrix acquires spend management software PublicSoft

Negometrix has acquired PublicSoft. With this acquisition, Negometrix further expands the functionality of its software platform and strengthens its leading position in the Dutch market in the field of purchasing, contract, and supplier management software.
PublicSoft is a Dutch SaaS solution for spend analysis and spend management. This solution offers various stakeholders within an organization greater control over spending, contracts, and suppliers. PublicSoft is now included in the Negometrix product offering as “Negometrix Spend Management”.
