We believe the impact of the Negometrix toolbox can be increased through hands-on support by a result oriented support team (see Our Team). Although our user friendly software is designed for self support, we believe that in many cases users can work more effectively if the software is supported by a professional and motivated support team quickly responding to messages and (telephonic) questions; Simple and technical questions by the helpdesk), complex and / or content related questions by our consultants.
